These are the terms for using ultplaybook.com, run by Ultimate Playbook LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give us a working email address. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

The playbooks, formations and plays you create are yours. You give us the right to store and display them so the service works, including to the people you choose to share them with. The play library we ship stays ours; you may use and edit it inside the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to break into it. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Our liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the last twelve months. We may change or end features; if we end the service we will give reasonable notice so you can export your work.

Payment

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and terms for those will be shown before you buy.

Changes and contact
