Privacy policy

Last updated September 26, 2026

Ultimate Playbook LLC (“we”) runs ultplaybook.com, a playbook design tool for youth sports coaches. This page says what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you create an account, or the name and email your Google account shares if you sign in with Google. The playbooks, formations and plays you create. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and debugging.

How we use it

To run the service: sign you in, store your book, and send you the emails the service needs, such as verification codes and password resets. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Your data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. If you sign in with Google, Google receives the sign-in request under its own privacy policy. We share data with no one else unless the law requires it.

Your choices

You can change your name and password from your account page. To delete your account and everything in it, email support@ultplaybook.com from the address on the account and we will do it.

Children

Accounts are for coaches and league staff, who must be 18 or older. Player and parent access, when it arrives, will be read-only and will not require an account.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will note the date above and tell account holders by email.
